Welcome Back! District Staff look forward to seeing you on Friday, August 17, 2018 at our annual Richland Two Inservice. Please report to your designated location at 7:45 a.m. with a charged device. Important Reminders:

Inservice sessions are scheduled at a variety of locations around the district.
Inservice sessions begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 3:30 p.m. There will be a break for lunch on your own.
Please arrive by 7:45 a.m. at your designated location. Upon arrival you will receive additional information about your day.
Periodically check SCHED for updates, cancellations, room number confirmations, and session details.
Partcipants in this session will go through a classroom day "balancing" the components of Balanced Literacy (Read Aloud, Shared Reading, Independent Reading, Guided Reading, Writing, and Foundational Skills). You will get an overview of these components and how you can add it into your daily routine. You will walk away with something to begin your first weeks of school as you and your students make this structure apart of your day.
