Inservice sessions are scheduled at a variety of locations around the district.
Inservice sessions begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 3:30 p.m. There will be a break for lunch on your own.
Please arrive by 7:45 a.m. at your designated location. Upon arrival you will receive additional information about your day.
Periodically check SCHED for updates, cancellations, room number confirmations, and session details.
This session will provide guidelines for school teams when implementing AAC (Augmentative and/or Alternative Communication) in the classroom setting. Potential barriers will be discussed along with practical solutions to overcome these obstacles. Participants will gain the tools and confidence to speak AAC!
